Types of Screen Printing
- Custom Screen Printing
- 1 to 10 colors printed on the shirt of your choice. Screen printing is designed for large volume orders, with a recommended minimum of 24 pieces. Each color of print requires an additional screen, and thus each additional color costs a little more. Artwork development and color separations are typically included in the price for custom screen printing.

- Contract Screen Printing
- Customer-owned material can be screen printed. Typically orders are between 144 and 10,000 pieces. Separation output and screens are included in the contract screen print pricing.
- Simulated Process Screen Printing
- The top of the line in screen printing. Typical order will be 8 colors of print -- base white, 6 colors, and a bump white. Finished image will illustrate a half-tone image of photo realistic quality. Please note that you can use this process on colored shirts -- not just white or grey. Screens are included in the price for this process. Artwork separations need to be ordered from our art department.
