Types of Screen Printing

Custom Screen Printing: 1 to 10 colors printed on the shirt of your choice. Screen printing is designed for large volume orders, with a recommended minimum of 24 pieces. Each color of print requires an additional screen, and thus each additional color costs a little more. Artwork development and color separations are typically included in the price for custom screen printing.

Contract Screen Printing: Customer-owned material can be screen printed. Typically orders are between 144 and 10,000 pieces. Separation output and screens are included in the contract screen print pricing.

Direct To Garment Digital Imaging

Prints dark or light color shirt with a full color image, one at a time. Just like your ink jet printer prints one sheet of paper at a time, our Direct to Garment printer prints one shirt at a time...Allowing customers to order any quanity. No Minimum order, No Setup Charges. Looks and feels like screenprinted garment. Our equipment is the latest technology, allowing prints on dark color garments with a high speed production rate. This process is excellent in quanities of 1 to 150 pcs.

Simulated Process Screen Printing: The top of the line in screen printing. Typical order will be 8 colors of print -- base white, 6 colors, and a bump white. Finished image will illustrate a half-tone image of photo realistic quality. Please note that you can use this process on colored shirts -- not just white or grey. Screens are included in the price for this process. Artwork separations need to be ordered from our art department.
