Resin Process Imaging
Using a Roland PC600 image device, we have the ability to produce four color process images on vinyl substrates and then cut around the perimeter of the image.  This process is UV safe for up to 24 months.  Typical uses for this equipment are:

Processed logos on vehicles, banners or signs.
Processed logos on knit and nylon fabrics.

Sublimation Imaging
Sublimation uses a special ink, which goes from a liquid directly to a gas when heat is applied.  The image permeates the substrate leaving a very glossy and detailed print.   Typical uses for this process are:

                Ceramic Mugs
          Mouse Pads
                Key Chains
           License Plates
                White tees, polos, or sweats

Vector Based Imaging
Vector based files can be used to cut simple logos or athletic numbers for team jerseys.  The finished image is then heat applied to the garment.  This process does have a "hand" - that is, you can feel the image on the surface of the garment.  Letter size is 1/2" to 12".  Typical uses for this process are:

                        Team Uniforms
Low quantity orders with very simple designs.
